Perpetual June Villa is a new stunning beachfront townhouse with all the amenities in a gated and child friendly community called Palm Cay located in New Providence Bahamas. Unique to this property we include a FREE ½ day excursion on our 50’ yacht.

This is where you want to spend your beach vacation, with languor and ease enjoying sugar white beaches, dappled palms, turquoise lagoons sparking in the sun. Can we mention the most beautiful sunsets; gorgeous stretches of sand and sea with Easter egg coloured clouds, romantic, freeing, as Jimmy Buffet might say, "I don't know and I don't care."
With a minimum stay of 4 nights at $615/night, this elegant and comfortable, Villa is 2000 square feet, two floors of luxury, two large balconies where one can gaze at the gradations of turquoise, with three beautiful bedrooms that sleeps 6. The first floor sports new appliances, everything a kitchen needs, kitchen bar, with wine cooler, and dining room. The main floor features travertine flooring offset with lovely white leather sofas, beautiful local artwork, 54 inch TV, with hundreds of channels, music, Roku, Netflix and every NHL game at your disposal. This area opens onto the shaded balcony and finally an additional beach level deck offering comfortable chairs and loungers. From there it's a short 80 steps over soft sands to amazing snorkeling! Perpetual June villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning. The second floor features hand laid white oak flooring, three bedrooms, and two ensuite travertine bathrooms. The master bedroom has a gorgeous white oak king sized bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and Egyptians linens. The second bedroom has a queen size Tempu-Pedic bed, and the third bedroom is a double with a memory foam and coiled mattress with beautiful linens. A dreamy sleep is guaranteed with our beds, and the rhythmic pulse of the sea unmatched by any other part of nature. The second floor also has an office and vanity space with hair dryers, great mirrors, and new laundry appliances.
The swimming pool at Perpetual June Villa is surrounded by a large deck with loungers for those needing to soak up the sun or just relaxing. A short stroll will bring you to the Tiki Bar, the Club and Beach house restaurant, Palm Cay's marina and it coffee shop featuring Starbucks coffee with great breakfasts and sandwiches. Furthermore, Palm Cay, has tennis courts, additional pools, children's playground and 70+ quiet and peaceful acres to cycle, run or walk. Friday nights enjoy some of Bahamas finest musicians for a Jazz evening and Sunday's brunch unites music, great food and the seaside for unforgettable memories.

Perpetual June Villa is located 30 minutes from Nassau International airport and 10 minutes from downtown and Paradise Island.
